Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Trampler Vault (the "Site"), creating an account, uploading a build, or downloading a file, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of a minor, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

2. What Trampler Vault Is

Trampler Vault is a fan-made, community-run companion site for the video game SAND: Raiders of Sophie. It allows players to upload, browse, and download Trampler blueprint (.wbt) files created by other players. Trampler Vault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hologryph, TowerHaus, tinyBuild, or any other rights holder of SAND: Raiders of Sophie. All game names, trademarks, and copyrighted material referenced on this Site belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and commentary purposes under fair use.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Site. If you are under 18, you may not use Trampler Vault or submit any personal information to us. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are able to form a legally binding contract.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

4. User-Submitted Content

When you upload a build (including its .wbt file, title, description, tags, and any screenshots or images, collectively "User Content"), you retain ownership of it. By uploading User Content, you grant Trampler Vault a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that User Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site (for example, showing it to other users, generating thumbnails, or featuring it on the homepage).

You represent and warrant that: (a) you created the User Content yourself or otherwise have all rights necessary to upload and share it; (b) your User Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights; and (c) your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You may hide or delete your own builds at any time from the "My Tramplers" area. Deleting a build removes it from public browsing, but we are not responsible for copies that other users have already downloaded.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content or engage in any conduct that:

• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity;
• Contains malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to a system;
• Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or harassing;
• Misrepresents a build's origin, stats, or file contents;
• Attempts to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its accounts, or its infrastructure; or
• Scrapes or bulk-downloads Site content in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on the Site.

6. Trampler Files Are Unverified — Use at Your Own Risk

All .wbt blueprint files available on the Site are submitted by users and are not reviewed, tested, verified, or endorsed by Trampler Vault, its operators, or the developers or publisher of SAND: Raiders of Sophie. You download and install any file at your own risk. We make no representation that any file is safe, accurate, functional, or free of errors, and we are not responsible for any effect a downloaded file has on your game, save data, or device.

7. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the contact below including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (b) identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location on the Site; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

We will review valid notices and may remove or disable access to the reported content and, in appropriate cases, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, the Site, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Site and request account deletion at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and all user content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any file downloaded from the site is safe or functions as described.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trampler Vault and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, save files, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the site or any user content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, if any, or [INSERT LIABILITY CAP AMOUNT].

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trampler Vault and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
